VICTIM ADVOCATE

The Victim Advocate is a member of the Ogle County State's Attorney's Office Administrative Staff. It is the responsibility of the Victim Advocate to provide services to victims of violent crimes including but not limited to sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse. These services for victims of crime involve areas such as providing information about court cases, assisting in court preparation and attendance and assisting in applying for Attorney General compensation for financial losses.
